CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY CHURCH - Vallejo
NORTH BAY-AREA VINEYARD CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP - is a family Christian church located in Vallejo and American Canyon, emphasizing Christ's love to all. Just a few minutes from Benicia, Napa, Pinole and Fairfield - and a ten minute drive from Richmond and El Cerrito, we are a multi-ethnic family of believers pursuing a committed and ever deepening relationship with Jesus and with one another, who desire to demonstrate God's love to one another and to the surrounding community of Vallejo, American Canyon, and Napa Valley.

We invite you to join us for House Church Saturday evenings 6pm for worship, communion and personal sharing from the Word. We practice loving God by applying the scriptures to our everyday lives, and by worshiping God together in a atmosphere of contemporary worship that offers open, personal expression of our love and devotion to Christ. We seek to demonstrate Christ's love in tangible everyday ways - where we live. 

Church hunting can be a challenge. Whether your background is evangelical, charismatic, or pentecostal; each of us need a church family where we can be loved and grow in our relationship to Christ and one another. Each of us need a place were we can serve Christ using our spiritual gifts and earthly skills given to us to build His kingdom. We each need a place where our families can be strengthened and where our own lives can become firmly grounded in the scriptures. A place where our interaction with each other can become increasingly Christ-like, to a point where we naturally reflect God's image with "fruit that remains". 

We believe you will find the reality of Christ; His truth, love and His power - here at House Church at the Vineyard. 

We are located in Vallejo (entrance to the Napa Valley), about 37 miles northeast of San Francisco on Interstate Hwy 80. 

As a close knit community of believers pursuing an ever deepening relationship with Jesus and with one another, the Northbay Vineyard serves the surrounding communities of American Canyon, Napa Valley, Vallejo, Fairfield, Benicia, Martinez, Pinole, El Cerrito, and Richmond, CA.  Visitors will find 'House Church' different and intriguing where relationship happen naturally.

Worship is very important to us here at the Vineyard:

Rather than just a 'preliminary' to the teaching of the Word, we believe that worship itself directly connects us with God. So during our times of worship we do not rush but purposely allow ample time for praise, thanksgiving, adoration, reflection and intimate worship toward full surrender to Jesus. The idea of "Christ centered" worship that is focused heavenward is highly valued believing that it more accurately reflects God's reality and kingdom as revealed throughout the scriptures, particular the new testament. "We stand in awe of a God who's heart is ravished over fallen humanity". A Holy God; who has chosen to turn weak broken people into a glorious overcoming bride. 

As we behold Him we are changed into His likeness.

STYLE OF WORSHIP - CONTEMPORARY:
We feel that worship should be accompanied by familiar musical forms as centuries old music can tend to alianate young people rather than dwaring them near to God. Here at NorthBay we worship with a style of music referred to as alternative rock (fairly common among Vineyard churches). And because we are multi-ethnic and a somewhat urban church, we tend to incorporate a mix of gospel, rock, rap, and other eclectic music forms that tend to open doors to invite all ages, all classes, and all cultures to worship in His presence. We desire to make the worship of the true and living God accessible to everyone, so that all can touch and be touched by God.
